Add draftPullRequest input to control PR draft status

Summary

This PR adds a new draftPullRequest input parameter to the GitHub Action that allows users to control whether the version pull request is created as a draft.

Changes

• action.yml: Added new draftPullRequest input with a boolean type, defaulting to false
• src/run.ts:
  • Added draftPullRequest parameter to VersionOptions type
  • Updated runVersion() function to accept and use the draftPullRequest parameter
  • Passed the draft property to the GitHub API pulls.create() call
• src/index.ts: Updated to read the draftPullRequest input using core.getBooleanInput() and pass it to runVersion()
• src/run.test.ts: Added two new test cases:
  • Test that verifies draft PRs are created when draftPullRequest is true
  • Test that verifies non-draft PRs are created by default when the parameter is not provided
• src/snapshots/run.test.ts.snap: Updated snapshots to include "draft": false in all existing test cases

Implementation Details

• The parameter defaults to false to maintain backward compatibility
• The implementation uses the GitHub API's native draft property when creating pull requests
• All existing tests continue to pass with the new draft: false property in their snapshots
