MS Teams Integration for self-hosted Sentry

Environment

self-hosted (https://develop.sentry.dev/self-hosted/)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup self-hosted sentry (k8s)
2. Build custom Sentry application following official documentation
3. Publish application to your tenant
4. Assign this application to a channel

Expected Result

You should see a message in the General channel that says "Welcome to Sentry for Microsoft Teams" to complete Sentry integration

Actual Result

Nothing happens, application is not responding to any action & can't complete setup to finish Sentry integration

I have tried both options - set up chat bot using Botframework (as written in documentation) and also using Azure Bot (modern way), but both setups fail.
I can see web requests (including browser test requests) coming to Sentry from Internet, but no request coming to https://sentry.ourdomain.com/extensions/msteams/webhook while Endpoint is properly set up for Teams bot.
