Task duration is missing in dag view while task is running.

What happened?

When the task is in the running state, the 'Duration' is not visible in the UI. It is only visible once the dag is in a terminal state.

This appears to have begun with Airflow 3.1.1, and is still happening in 3.1.7.

What you think should happen instead?

In previous versions, including 3.0.x and 3.1.0, 'Duration' was visible while the task was running, as well as after the task was in a terminal state.

How to reproduce

Run any dag in 3.1.1+ and view the dags page during the task run.

This was changed in 8847e64 . DagRun header calculates the duration from start_date and end_date. TaskInstance header should also do it when TaskInstance.duration is null with task instance in running state.
